Pinlody Kids Privacy Policy

Pinlody Kids is a musical pinball game made by Amber Circuit for children ages 6–8 and their families. This policy applies to the iOS and Android app com.ambercircuit.pinlodykids.

We do not collect personal information through the game. Pinlody Kids has no ads, analytics, tracking, chat, player accounts, or social sharing.

Progress on your device

Scores, earned stars, completed missions and settings stay in app storage on your device. They are not sent to Amber Circuit. Deleting the app or clearing its storage removes local progress. Offloading the iOS app may preserve it, and iOS device backups may separately back up app files under Apple's policies. The Android release disables app-data backup and does not provide cloud sync.

Included tables and parental controls

Music Box, Reef Orchestra, Drum Jungle, Echo Rainbow and Lullaby Moon are included in the paid app. This release has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Apple processes iOS download payments under Apple's Privacy Policy; Google processes Google Play download payments under Google's Privacy Policy. Amber Circuit does not receive payment-card details.

Grown-up settings and links out of the app are behind a parental gate.

Device permissions

Pinlody Kids does not request access to the camera, microphone, photos, contacts, or location.

Support and children's information

If a parent or guardian emails support, we receive the email address, message and any attachments they send. We use this information to respond and investigate the request. Please do not send a child's name, age, photo, location, or other personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review the request and delete it where appropriate.

Deletion and your choices

You can delete local game data by deleting the app, or by clearing app storage in Android settings. Separately manage iOS device backups in your Apple settings. Reinstalling the app does not itself restore local scores or stars. Purchase records are managed by the store provider, Apple or Google. Parents can email us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to applicable record-retention requirements.

This privacy website

This site is hosted through Sites and Cloudflare. Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser information and request logs to serve and protect the website. That processing is separate from the game; no advertising or analytics code has been added to this policy site by Amber Circuit.
